Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Pikka handles data when used in your browser.
What We Do
Pikka runs locally in your browser and helps you extract SVG, image, and color assets from web pages you choose to scan or pick.
Data Accessed
When you trigger a scan or use pick mode, the extension reads SVG markup and image metadata (like URLs and dimensions) from the currently active page. It also responds to click and hover events while pick mode is enabled.
How We Use It
Data is used only to display previews and provide copy/download functionality inside the extension UI. The extension does not transmit collected page content to external servers and does not sell user data.
Storage and Retention
A small preference (the state of pick mode) is stored locally using `chrome.storage`. No other user data is stored long-term.
Third Parties
No third-party analytics or remote code is executed by the extension.
